2. Product Usage Disclaimer

  • Tips chocolates are intended for consensual adult use only.

  • Results may vary depending on individual body chemistry and mental state.

  • Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Please consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or under medication.

3. Orders, Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Area: Currently, we ship across India only.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery Estimates: 2–7 business days depending on your location. Delays may occur due to logistics or regional issues.

  • Tracking: All shipments are assigned tracking numbers via SMS/email once dispatched.

  • Packaging: Discreet packaging is ensured for all orders.

4. Payments & Pricing

  • Accepted Payments: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets.

  • Taxes: Prices include applicable GST unless mentioned otherwise.

  • Dynamic Pricing: Prices may change due to promotions or updates without prior notice.

5. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations:

    • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting customer care.

    • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Returns:

    • Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Refunds:

    • Refunds are only applicable on valid cancellations or in case of damaged/wrong items delivered.

    • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Products and services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

  • Tips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or misuse of our products.

  • Our maximum liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, packaging designs, and creatives on our website and social media are owned by WOMENOIRE FASHION.

  • Unauthorized reproduction or misuse will result in legal action.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Arbitration: Any disputes will be resolved under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 through binding arbitration.

  • Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi , Delhi, India.

  • Language: All proceedings will be conducted in English.

  • WOMENOIRE FASHION reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time.

  • Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
